The world is a scary place right now, but if we all do our part, we will get through this! During the Covid-19 Provincial shut down, we fall under an essential service. That being said, we are operating at a limited capacity and limited services.

We will continue to be available as long as possible for Emergency Service. Your garage door is an important ingress and egress point and should be functioning properly to ensure the safety and security of your family. For this reason, we will continue to do repairs and service.
Most new installations have been postponed unless they are deemed urgent.

We are taking necessary precautions and using a common sense approach. We kindly ask that the customer remain in the house while our technician is in the garage in order to maintain a social distance. Our techs, as always, will be wearing personal protective equipment, suitable for the job. Payments for service will be invoiced and customers are asked to pay online with a credit card. If necessary, we can accept cash or cheques in an envelope.

We are also doing contactless quotes! If you are interested in a new garage door, we can work with you to measure, design and quote your project. We will give you measurement instructions and ask you to provide photos. We can walk you through the process over the phone. Lead time is currently 4-6 weeks, however further delays could occur depending on the manufacturer’s limitations.
